Information on the Right of Withdrawal

In the event in which the stipulation of a purchase contract takes place outside the commercial premises, the sale in question is to be considered subject to Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6/09/2005, which provides for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, remote purchases made by telephone or via the Internet are included in this case, whether they are delivered to home or collected at the company's headquarters or at a point of presence in the territory.

This right applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to your business. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, those who communicate their VAT number to the supplier are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How to use it

TheBuyer (Consumer) has the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reasons.

This right consists in the right to return the purchased good to the seller and in the consequent refund of the purchase price.
Make sure you have the following data ready and promptly communicate them to Bellerrimo Srls

- item / s code;
- our delivery code;
- bank details (IBAN and BIK CODE) on which you want the transfer payment to be made.

1. Send, by registered letter with return receipt, a written and signed declaration of the desire to exercise the right of withdrawal summarizing all the data indicated above and requested by sending it to our offices in ……

2. Within the same period of fifteen working days he must return the goods intact and, if packed, with the same packaging used for delivery.

How to make the return shipment

Pack the materials carefully, if possible, with the same packaging used for delivery.
Pin down on the package the destination address, the withdrawal code (sent by email) and the sender.

Processing times for transfer of cancellation of payment to the customer

Attention: shipments without a withdrawal code will not be accepted by the operational headquarters by Bellerrimo, which is not liable for any damage caused during the return shipment by the customer at our warehouse.
