1.PAYMENT METHODS

BELLERRIMO.IT accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro.

Please enter your card details on the payment page. BELLERRIMO.IT uses a state-of-the-art security program that adopts the SSL protection system to prevent card data from being intercepted or manipulated.

1.1 Payment by Visa or Mastercard

The system checks whether the card uses 3-D-secure Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode security programs. These are security procedures developed exclusively for this type of credit card to verify that the legitimate holder of the credit card and the legitimate online seller are actually carrying out the transaction. If a credit card holder is enrolled in the 3-D-secure security program, after entering the order data, another query window will open connected to the customer's bank and will ask you to enter the "secure code" ”(A password chosen by you). Only by entering the correct password will the transaction be executed.

2.SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs may be charged to the customer. In this case, they are always indicated in the order summary, before the payment confirmation.

For special shipments (eg orders over 10kg), if the expenses and duties are not shown in the cart, you will need to contact Customer Service.

It is our intention to be transparent and simplify the purchasing process as much as possible for the customer.

2.1 SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary depending on the product purchased and the delivery area. Several items are available and ready for shipment in 24h, others require longer processing times, which will be estimated by Customer Service.

2.1.1Shipping of furniture, furnishing accessories, and art objects

Shipments are made within 5 working days following the registration of the payment (in case of bank transfer it takes four / five working days).

In case of purchase of particularly bulky or delicate pieces, the packaging and shipping may take slightly longer than the usual terms indicated above.

The delivery of objects - unless otherwise agreed - is intended outside the house by the roadside.
