Information on the right of withdrawal

In the event that the signing of a purchase contract takes place outside the business premises, the sale in question is to be considered subject to Legislative Decree n. 206 of 6/09/2005, which provides for the possibility for the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Therefore, remote purchases made by telephone or via the Internet are included in this case, whether they are delivered to your home or collected at the company's headquarters or at a point of presence in the territory.

This right applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, those who communicate their VAT number to the supplier are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How to use them

The Buyer (Consumer) has the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reasons.

This right consists of the right to return the purchased goods to the seller and the consequent refund of the purchase price.

- our delivery code;

- bank details (IBAN and BIK CODE) on which you want the transfer payment to be made.

How to make the return shipment

Pack the materials carefully, if possible, in the same packaging used for delivery.

Processing times by bank transfer of payment to the customer
